Nicole Richie’s wedding was a huge affair because it started out with an elephant joining the wedding ceremony, and as it turns out Joel Madden had arranged for the elephant since Nichole Richie is crazy about them. Richie is someone who has become famous for not doing anything but she seems much more likable than her former friend and co-star, Paris Hilton.
Nicole Richie is a Daddy’s Girl
Nicole Richie shares a special relationship with her father Lionel Richie that was seen at the wedding when she walked down the aisle with her father’s 1986 hit song “Ballerina Girl” that was written for her. Lionel Richie also sung “You Are” to the newlyweds at his daughter’s reception. Samantha Ronson was the bridesmaid and Benji Madden was the best man at the star studded wedding. And, Nicole Richie wore a turtleneck lace gown of the 1980′s style that was a custom-made Marchesa gown, designed for her in New York.
Not One Eating Disorder
The year 2006 was not so long ago, when Nicole Richie was probably getting all her dresses custom-made since the newspapers reported she had become ultra-thin. But, Nicole Richie stated that she was neither an anorexic, nor a bulimic and that she did not have any eating disorders.
