Keira Knightley & Rupert Friend split…
Last night Keira Knightley’s father confirmed his 25-year-old daughter has split from long-term boyfriend Rupert Friend.

He said, “Yes, they have broken up” before diplomatically adding, “But that’s the way things go, unfortunately. The only option is to get on with things.”

Apparently the decision to end their relationship was mutual, but nevertheless Keira is said to be ‘heartbroken.’

The pressure of constantly being in the public eye eventually took its toll on the couple, who ended things just before Christmas and a close friend also revealed, “Rupert hates the idea of being followed and photographed… It affected the harmony in the relationship. The pressure took its toll and both decided they should go their separate ways.”

The funny thing is, when we tried to find a recent picture of Keira and Rupert to illustrate this story, the last time they were photographed together was last April. Just saying.

Kate Hudson confirms pregnancy…
Yesterday, there were rumours floating around about Kate Hudson apparently being 14 weeks pregnant and we’re now pleased to report that the rumours were in fact true – yey!

Last night a spokesman for the 31-year-old actress confirmed she’s expecting boyfriend Matt Bellamy’s baby.

Kate’s been dating the Muse singer for the past nine months after meeting a Coachella music festival last April.

The last time we saw Paris Hilton she managed to makes us feel insanely jealous because she was flouncing around some amazing beach in Hawaii with her boyfriend Cy Watts while we were stuck in a rainy cold London.

This time though we’re feeling slightly jealous of Paris, mostly because when we saw her last night (again, with boyfriend Cy Watts) she was just back in her usual LA haunt hanging around with her family (for her aunt’s birthday) but also because we couldn’t help but notice that she had a massive stain right down the front of her trousers and that, frankly, made us feel a little less sad about our shabby clothes. Yup, our job is pretty rewarding sometimes you know.
